I have been a stationery fan for as long as I can remember. My favourite days back in school were the ones at the start of each year where we would get a shipment of fresh pads, books, pens and other assorted goodies. Many notebooks and diaries have passed through my hands over the years, but when I found out about the Moleskine notebooks, via 43Folders, I knew I had found a perfect match.

As promised, I have a 100-page dead-tree journal (Moleskine, ahem) of the actual trip, mostly of the “I did this…and this…ate that…” pedigree. In time I’ll post it on a separate blog once I type it up. I need to figure out how to upload my 500 photos without breaking the internet.

PalmAddicts: The PDA is Dead? No, But This is Worse…

PalmAddicts

For the past couple of weeks, my work schedule has been very hectic, filled with 12 to 14 hour work days. I don’t mind the work, but I do miss participating here at Palm Addict. I have been dropping in long enough to read, but the time to submit posts has been very limited. One of the topics I find most interesting is the flurry of “The PDA is Dead” articles popping up here on Palm Addict and many other sites around the web. I don’t believe the PDA is dead. I do fear that the “stand alone” PDA may be facing demise, or at least any type of serious selection. Yes, our “baby” is growing up, or in this case, evolving. Is this bad? Afterall, progress is a good thing!
