Masking Tape Notes
My wife is very clever (though, since she is married to me, an argument can be made as to just how clever). I keep my Moleskine with me at all times, but since she works retail she is unable to keep up with a notebook, a pda, or even a few scraps of loose paper. So to keep on top of things she scribbles little notes to herself on masking tape (making sure to use an indelible marker) and sticks them on the inside of her shirt, at the hem. All she has to do is roll up her sleeves for her todo list, or roll up the hem of her shirt for her schedule.
